Sante Health Policies

I.  Goods & Services

 

a.  Goods and services of Sante are of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2).

 

b.  The company provides supreme quality service and all staff are trained to be customer oriented.

II.  Terms and Conditions of Sales of Treatments, Products and Services

 

a.  All products used and on sale are within the usage period (not past expiry date). Sante practice quality assurance in receiving, storing and usage of the products as well as the performance of our staff. Products & services offered to the customer are of utmost quality.

 

b.  A Sante supplier guarantees the company against product defects.

 

c.  A five (5) working days cooling-off period is given to clients to seek full refund of payment made if they do not wish to proceed with the “service” package offered.

 

d.  Sante has a refund & exchange policy which clearly stipulates the conditions for any refund and exchange.

 

e.  Deposits for the spa or treatment package, products and ala-carte services are not accepted. Clients are required to pay full amount of the package, products and ala-carte services. Sante does not get deposits from the clients.

 

f.  Sante will enforce the no-selling policy or unethical sales tactics particularly during treatments. However recommendations can be done only if the clients inquire and request the staff to present our products which can be done before and after the treatment.

 

g.  Sante does not offer any spa/treatment package to its clients.


III.  Price Information and Payment Scheme

 

a.  Discount prices or other special offers will be displayed in the price list and brochures. Staff will be oriented of the pricing and discounts to avoid confusion with the clients.

 

b.  Payments accepted are all in Singapore Dollars. Payments can be made in terms of CASH only

 

c.  Prices are to be displayed clearly and should be visible to all customers to ensure the accuracy of charging. Price tags, price lists and brochures should be clear and legible. Sante is commited to avoid over and under charging of products and services to the clients.

 

d.  Price displays reflect the total amount payable to include all prices quoted for treatments and spa packages and any other surcharges, if any.

 

e.  There will be no GST imposed in the pricing as we are not GST registered company.

 

f.  Any additional charges for extra services such as product upgrade request not included in the original package.

 

g.  Sante honours the prices quoted at the time of booking. However, prices are quoted at the time of booking for treatments, spa packages and other related services may be subjected to change without prior notice.


IV.  Security and Client Information Confidentiality

 

a.  Sante is committed in maintaining the confidentiality of client’s data and undertake not to divulge any client’s information to any third party without the prior consent of the client.
